After taking yesterday off, I had a strong 23-mile ride today. My music playlist is getting a little stale, with only 400 or so songs on it. So, I placed an order for a 32gb Micro SDHC card for the slot in my Sansa Clip+ player. This will obviously give me more than enough music, with a capacity of about 5,000 songs!
Today's stats: 23 miles rode, 1:30:04 time, avg. speed 15.32, 1,143 calories burned, avg. heart rate 140, max heart rate 150, 12.69 calories per minute, 49.70 calories per mile.
Year-to-date: 9 rides, 165.15 miles, 11.07 hrs rode, 8,510 calories burned, avg. speed 14.91 mph.
