These 20 miles rides are becoming somewhat the standard for my Kinetic usage. Five of my last seven rides have been this distance. It's long enough (over 75 minutes) to burn off a lot of calories, and short enough so I can go at pretty close to a full effort for much of the ride. Still, I keep thinking about the long rides I used to do on the Munger Trail, back in the "good old days" when my standard ride was a round-trip from Carlton to Moose Lake, a nice 45 mile jaunt. Can I reach this standard on the Kinetic? We'll see.

Today's stats: 20 miles rode, 1:18:25 time, avg. speed 15.30, 969 calories burned, avg. heart rate 138, max heart rate 151, 12.35 calories per minute, 48.45 calories per mile.

Year-to-date: 13 rides, 247.15 miles, 16.51 hrs rode, 12,607 calories burned, avg. speed 14.97 mph.
