Our Caribbean Cruise (2011)--Day 4
4/20/2011

It was quiet at the Windjammer Cafe early this morning, appearing that many are sleeping in and opting for a later breakfast. Of the three meals they serve here, breakfast is definitely my favorite--and most predictable. Our second straight day at sea turned out to be warm and sunny; temps have been holding steady around 78-80 no matter what time of day, since we left Port Everglades. After breakfast, it was Patty's turn to hit the Fitness Center, while I walked the track; nine laps in all, totaling just under three miles. Stopped for a bit to check out people climbing the rock wall above Deck 13--most are able to reach the top successfully, but a few do not. Overnight we've slipped between Cuba and Haiti and are now roughly east of Jamaica. Expected to arrive in Aruba before 7:00 tomorrow morning. Otherwise, it's sameness on the ship today.

Our dinner tonight made up for the two previous dinners which had been somewhat lackluster. We're prevented from walking the track afterward--apparently they clean the decks after dark, roping them off to passengers while they clean. Crash by 10 p.m.
